At a glance

We collect only the personal data needed to respond to enquiries, provide agreed services, secure our systems, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data or use this public website for behavioural advertising.

Where an Ehritvaa-built product enables WhatsApp Business Platform, the customer remains responsible for its end-user notices and instructions; Ehritvaa processes service data only to provide and support the agreed service.

01

Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Ehritvaa Technologies LLP ("Ehritvaa", "we", "us") handles personal data when you visit ehritvaa.com, contact us, or use an Ehritvaa service. It applies to our own website and services, not to independent customer websites or applications that we build or support.

A customer using an Ehritvaa product is responsible for publishing the privacy notice that applies to its own end users. Where we process data on that customer’s behalf, the applicable agreement and documented instructions govern that processing.

02

Personal data we may process

The categories depend on how you interact with us. They may include:

  • Enquiry information, such as your name, business email address, phone number, company, and the contents of a message you choose to send us.
  • Service and account information needed to deliver an agreed project or product, such as authorised user details, support requests, and relevant configuration records.
  • Technical and security information, such as IP address, browser or device information, request logs, and diagnostic data processed by our hosting or infrastructure providers to deliver and protect the website or service.
  • For an enabled WhatsApp Business Platform integration, business account identifiers, phone-number identifiers, connection status, and other data necessary to provide the configured messaging service. Message content is processed only where the customer has enabled that service and instructed us to do so.

03

How we use personal data

  • To respond to a request, discuss a project, or provide support.
  • To deliver, administer, secure, and improve an agreed service.
  • To manage customer relationships, invoices, contracts, and service communications.
  • To prevent abuse, investigate security incidents, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
  • To send service or project communications; we will seek consent where it is required for a communication.

04

When we share data

We share personal data only where necessary to deliver a service, comply with law, or protect rights and security. Recipients can include:

  • Infrastructure, hosting, communications, and professional service providers working under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
  • A customer that has authorised an account or service request.
  • Meta and WhatsApp when a customer elects to connect a WhatsApp Business Account through Meta’s services. Meta’s processing is governed by its own terms and privacy documentation.
  • Regulators, courts, or law-enforcement authorities where disclosure is legally required.

05

Retention and security

We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose described in this policy, to provide an agreed service, or to meet legal, accounting, or security requirements. The appropriate period depends on the type of data and the service relationship.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card details, or other highly sensitive information by ordinary email.

06

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct, update, delete, or provide information about personal data we hold about you. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.

  • Email us with the subject line “Privacy request” and enough information for us to identify the relevant interaction or service.
  • If you are an end user of one of our customers, please contact that customer first. They control the purpose and means of processing in their product and can direct us when assistance is required.

07

International processing and third-party services

Our providers and customers may operate in more than one country, which can mean personal data is processed outside your country of residence. When this happens, we take appropriate steps under applicable law and our contractual commitments.

This website and our products may link to third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

08

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. We will publish the current version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above.
